Meet the Author
Natalie is just a regular girl living in a regular world. When she went to college, she had no idea what her life would turn into, but she took the chance anyway. She wasn’t sure what degree she should go with, or if she should even be in college at all. She ended up graduating CSU Chico in 2020 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology. She was a personal trainer throughout college and danced on the Chico State Dance Team. Natalie’s dream goal has been to help others with their physical and mental health, as she suffers from a diagnosis of Bipolar 2 disorder and battles the struggles of extreme fluctuation of moods on a daily basis. She has decided to try her best to revert away from medication, and find ways through fitness and health to better manage her symptoms. Now, after 4 years of battling suicidal thoughts and feelings of being worthless, she is finally coming out on top. In no way is her practice perfected, but her better understanding of how to take care of her body allows her to manage any and all situations thrown in her path. She fights every single day to take care of her body and knows what it means to rest when needed. If she can help even just one person overcome mental and physical roadblocks, she will be forever grateful. Here she will share her fitness routines and roadblocks, fun recipes, and outfits that make her feel great in her own skin.
